It was located in the heart of the town. Our staff were extremely friendly and fabulously friendly, from the people at the desk to the security guard. There was a clean pool and views on the park.

I liked helpfulness of the stuff, especially the people from Accomodation office. They were very civil and willing to recommend E.G. how to use public traffic, the fare etc. Also the stuff in Buttery was very helpful.
We were very disappointed by our last night as the group of students organised a very noisy party. When asking them to stop we were told that nobody had informed them about the presence of tourists. We tried to explain them that we paid not negligible sum of money for accomodation, but it did not help. We had then to call the Accomodation office as we had to get up early to catch the plane. They had to sent the people from Security. So, our last night was awfull and it spoiled our otherwise good experience. You should pay attention to such situations which make bad reputation to your hotel as we have the feeling we paid for something we were not given.

Very central location and amenable to central Dublin's attractions.Clean / fresh linen.
Basic accomodation with small bath/showeroom. No TV. Can be noisy esp if youre located close to communal kitchen.
